Before you sign up

18 or olderNatural8 only accepts adult players.
Your country is in the listIf you can't select it at sign-up, you can't play (T&C 2.11).

How to sign up

  1. Download and open the client. Pick Android APK, iOS, Windows or Mac. Open the client and choose sign up — or start from the sign-up page on the official site.
  2. Choose sign up and fill in your details. Enter your email, password and the other details the client asks for. Use an email you'll keep long-term: password resets and notifications go there.
  3. Choose your country of residence. Pick the country where you actually live, not where you happen to be or where you'd like to play. It has to match your KYC documents later.
  4. Accept the terms and finish. Read and accept the terms, submit, and log in with your new account.
  5. Don't miss the newcomer perks. Signing up earns 3 daily freeroll tickets (claiming them needs KYC). Within 7 days of your first login, press "Start Honeymoon" to begin the 30-day Honeymoon missions, worth up to $400.

Country of residence: the step that trips people up

Natural8 doesn't publish a list of restricted countries. There's just one rule: if your country of residence isn't in the drop-down list at sign-up, you can't register (T&C clause 2.11). If you open the official site from a region it doesn't serve, you'll see "we recommend playing on GGPoker". The help centre adds that the same restrictions apply while you're travelling abroad.

Don't pick a random country, and don't use a VPN. Choosing the wrong country or faking your location with a VPN breaks the terms and can lead to account closure and frozen funds. Before withdrawing you have to submit ID and proof of address; if they don't match your sign-up details, you can't cash out. See the country guides for the law where you live.

GGPass: one account for the whole GG network

Natural8 uses the GGPoker network's GGPass single sign-on. Natural8 lists the sites GGPass works on as Natural8, GGPoker, GGPoker UK, GGPoker CA (Ontario), ClubGG, WSOP Plus and Pokerstake.com. It also says players may hold more than one regional account.

When do you need KYC?

ActionKYC needed?
Signing up, play-money tables, depositing, real-money tablesNo
WithdrawingYes
Some features, such as freeroll tickets and player-to-player transfersYes

You'll need a photo ID (passport, driver's licence, national ID or residence card), and for withdrawals possibly proof of address no older than 3 months. Review takes up to 5 working days. It's worth doing it soon after signing up so your first withdrawal isn't held up. Full rules in the withdrawal guide.

Your first-week checklist

  1. Get used to the client on play-money tables. New players get P20,000 in play money; once it's gone you can reclaim up to P10,000 every 4 hours, at most twice a day.
  2. Start the Honeymoon within 7 days. After you press "Start Honeymoon" you get one mission a day for 30 days, with rewards worth up to $400; tickets are valid for 1 week.
  3. Complete KYC early. You'll need it for freeroll tickets and later withdrawals, and review takes up to 5 working days.
  4. Set your own limits. The client lets you set deposit, loss, single-bet and other limits, or self-exclude — see responsible gaming.
  5. Decide which bonus you want before your first deposit. The Match Bonus is released through rake — it isn't cash in hand. The Free Bonus tickets have no play requirement. Compare them in the first deposit bonus guide.

No invite code needed

In the cashier under "Choose your bonus" you pick one of two offers: the 200% Match Bonus up to $1,000, or the Free Bonus worth up to $100. Natural8 notes that offers may differ by country of residence. Be wary of claims like "use my invite code for a bigger bonus" — see bonus code explained.

FAQ

Do I need an invite or referral code to sign up for Natural8?
No. You pick the first deposit bonus directly in the cashier under "Choose your bonus"; there is no bonus code or invite code. Natural8's refer-a-friend promotion is a separate thing: when a referral succeeds, you and your friend each get one Weekly $100K Freeroll ticket.
My country isn't in the sign-up list. What now?
Then Natural8 can't accept you. Clause 2.11 of the official T&C says that if your country of residence isn't in the list during registration, Natural8 can't accept your sign-up. Don't pick another country instead — KYC checks your identity and address when you withdraw.
I already have a GGPoker account. Can I still sign up for Natural8?
Yes. Natural8 allows you to hold both a Natural8 and a GGPoker account, but you can't be logged in to both at once or enter (or re-enter) the same event from both. It's not allowed if either account is an SMR (real-name) account or has been suspended or banned.
Does Natural8 sign-up need ID verification?
Not to sign up, deposit or play. You must verify before withdrawing: a photo ID (passport, driver's licence, national ID or residence card) and possibly proof of address no older than 3 months; review takes up to 5 working days. Many freerolls and the transfer feature also need KYC first.
How old do I have to be to sign up?
18 or older. Online poker is restricted or illegal in some countries and regions, so check your local law before you sign up.
Is "đăng ký natural8" the same as Natural8 sign-up?
Yes. Searches in Vietnamese and English lead to the same Natural8 registration. The official site comes in English, Traditional Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese, and the account works across all of them.
