How to install on Windows
- Download the .msi installer. Tap the button on this page to reach the official download page and choose Windows. The file comes from the official download server and is named Installer_Natural8_en.msi.
- Run the installer. Double-click the .msi file. If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC" or a User Account Control prompt, confirm the file is from the official source and choose Run anyway / Yes.
- Finish the wizard. Click Next until it completes, then open Natural8 from the Start menu or desktop.
- Log in or sign up. If you already have an account, log in (see the login guide); new players can follow the sign-up guide.
Don't install "helper" versions. The "see-through", "auto-play" or "multi-instance" Windows tools floating around are not official software. They can carry trojans and will get your account banned. The official client already has a built-in HUD and the PokerCraft hand tracker.

Why many players prefer the PC client

Updating and uninstalling
When the client says a new version is out, follow the prompt. If it won't open after an update, uninstall Natural8 under "Settings → Apps", then download the latest .msi and install again.
