Natural8 iOS Download: How to Install on iPhone and iPad
Natural8 is not on the App Store. On iPhone and iPad you install it from the official mobile download page: allow the profile download, then confirm in "Settings → Profile Downloaded → Install". Minimum devices: iPhone X, iPad Air 2 / iPad mini 4.

Why you can't find Natural8 on the App Store
Plenty of people search "natural8 app store" or "natural8 ios download" and find nothing in the App Store — that's expected. Natural8's iOS client doesn't go through the App Store. It installs from the official mobile download page using Apple's enterprise distribution (a configuration profile).
Our check: on 2026-10-30 we queried Apple's iTunes Search API for "natural8" in five regions (Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, US) and got no Natural8 app back. If a poker app with a similar name shows up in the App Store, it is not the official Natural8 client — don't deposit there.

iOS install steps (iPhone and iPad)
- Open the official download page on your phone. Tap the download button on this page to reach the Natural8 download page and choose iOS. Safari works best, because the profile prompt comes from the system.
- Allow the profile download. You'll see a prompt along the lines of "This website is trying to download a configuration profile" — tap "Allow". Close the "Profile Downloaded" message when it appears.
- Install it in Settings. Open Settings; "Profile Downloaded" appears near the top. Tap it, then "Install" in the top-right corner.
- Enter your passcode and confirm. Type your iPhone passcode and tap "Install" once more. The Natural8 icon appears on your home screen.
- Open and log in. If you have a GGPass / Natural8 account, log in; new players can follow the sign-up guide — make sure you pick the right country of residence.
Tip: if you only downloaded the profile and never tapped Install in Settings, no icon appears on the home screen. That's the most common reason behind "Natural8 iOS won't open" or "installed but can't find it".
Only install the official profile. Profile installs aren't reviewed by Apple, so the source matters even more: use only the version from Natural8's official download page (download.good-game-service.com). Stay away from "shared iOS accounts", "no-profile versions" or "cracked versions" that people send you — at best your account is banned, at worst your Apple ID and funds are exposed.
Is a profile install safe?
A configuration profile (enterprise distribution) is a legitimate Apple install method, commonly used for apps that aren't on the App Store. Whether it's safe depends on the source: Natural8's official help-centre iOS article describes exactly this process, so installing from the official download page is fine. Afterwards you can see the profile under "Settings → General"; if you stop playing, delete the app and remove the profile.
Can I play on iPad?
Yes — the steps are exactly the same as on iPhone. The oldest supported models are the iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 4. A bigger screen makes the table easier to read; if you want to run several tables at once, a computer screen is even better — see the Windows client and the Mac client.
Updating, reinstalling and changing phones
Your account, balance and tickets are stored on the server, so deleting and reinstalling the app doesn't lose money. On a new iPhone, go through the profile install again and log in with your existing account. When the app says a new version is available, follow the prompt; if it won't open after updating, delete the app and reinstall from the official download page.
