Natural8 Crashing, Won't Open or Wrong Region: Troubleshooting
Most cases of Natural8 not opening come down to four things: an unfinished install, not enough space, server maintenance, or a location Natural8 doesn't serve. Find your symptom in the table below. Location blocks can't be fixed with a VPN.

Crashes
Rule out the device first: the official minimum is Android 6.0 / iPhone X / iPad Air 2 with 2 GB RAM. Anything below that isn't supported. If your device meets the specs and still crashes, try these in order:
- Close other apps, especially screen recorders, game boosters and floating-window tools.
- Check free space — ideally at least 1 GB on a phone.
- Restart the device and open Natural8 again.
- Uninstall and reinstall using the latest installer from the official download page. Your account, balance and tickets are on the server and won't be lost.
iOS app won't open
Natural8 for iOS installs through a configuration profile, not the App Store. Tapping "Allow" only downloads the profile — you still have to go to "Settings → Profile Downloaded → Install" and confirm with your passcode. If the app then says the developer is untrusted, go to "Settings → General → VPN & Device Management", find the enterprise app and choose Trust (this is iOS's standard setting for enterprise-distributed apps). "Wrong IP" or region not available
This isn't a bug. Natural8 only accepts countries of residence that appear in its sign-up list (T&C clause 2.11). If you open the official site from somewhere it doesn't serve, you'll see "Based on your current location, we recommend playing on GGPoker". The help centre also says you can't play while travelling in a country that isn't served.
Don't use a VPN. Faking your location with a VPN or proxy breaks clause 2.11 of the Natural8 T&C and can get your account closed and your balance frozen. You also have to pass KYC with ID and proof of address before withdrawing, so a mismatch with your country of residence will cause problems. This site does not provide any workaround. Server maintenance
If everyone drops at once and the client can't connect, check the official status page, status.ggnetwork.com (the "Check Game Status" link in the Natural8 site footer). If maintenance is in progress, you just have to wait. If the status is normal and you still can't connect, check your own connection or contact official support.
Failed updates
The client tells you about new versions when it starts. If an update stops halfway or the app won't open afterwards, the most reliable fix is to uninstall and download the latest official version again (all platforms are listed on the download overview). Don't hunt for "new version" installers on forums or file-sharing sites.
Not enough storage
Official requirements: Android and iOS need at least 250 MB (1 GB recommended); Windows at least 1 GB (10 GB recommended); Mac at least 1 GB. The desktop installers are only a few MB, but installing and running the client takes far more space than the installer itself.
