Natural8 Login: Official Site, GGPass and Common Login Problems
You can only log in to play Natural8 in the official client (Android, iOS, Windows, Mac) — not in a browser. Accounts use the GGPoker network's GGPass. For a forgotten password, a locked account or a nickname change, contact Natural8's 24/7 live chat.

How to log in
- Open the official client. Only a version installed from the official download page is reliable — see the download overview.
- Enter your login details. Use the account details you signed up with.
- After logging in, check your country of residence and balance, and look at the bonus options in the cashier before your first deposit.
What is GGPass?
GGPass is the GGPoker network's shared account system (single sign-on). Natural8 lists the sites you can access with GGPass as Natural8, GGPoker, GGPoker UK, GGPoker CA (Ontario), ClubGG, WSOP Plus and Pokerstake.com.
If you also have a GGPoker account: Natural8 lets you hold both a Natural8 and a GGPoker account, but you can't be logged in to both at once or enter the same event on both. If either account is an SMR (real-name) account or has been suspended or banned, you may not hold both.
Use the official site and avoid fakes
- Official website: natural8.com (English, Traditional Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese). There's no official Simplified Chinese site.
- Official help centre: faq.natural8.com.
- Official server status: status.ggnetwork.com.
- Official installers: only from the official download page, with links pointing to download.good-game-service.com.
This site is not the official website. natural8.cn is an independent guide and will never ask for your Natural8 password. Any link asking you to "log in to claim a reward" or "verify your account" on a web page may be phishing. You only log in to Natural8 inside the official client.
Common login problems
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| Forgotten password | Look for the reset option on the client's login screen; if self-service fails, contact the official live chat |
| Account locked / suspended | Contact the official 24/7 live chat or support@natural8.com and provide what they ask for |
| Want to change your nickname | Natural8 hasn't published nickname-change rules — ask the live chat |
| Region not available | Your current location isn't served; a VPN is not a fix — see the country guides |
| Everyone disconnected, can't log in | Check status.ggnetwork.com for maintenance |
| Balance shows locked | Usually the unreleased part of the Match Bonus, released gradually through rake — see the bonus guide |
For install problems such as the client not opening or crashing, see download troubleshooting; for ways to contact Natural8, see the support guide.
Can I log in while travelling?
Your account doesn't stop working because you change device or city, but whether you can play depends on where you are right now. Natural8's help centre says you can't play while travelling in a country it doesn't serve. Check your destination before you go, and don't log in through a VPN — it breaks T&C clause 2.11 and can lead to account closure and frozen funds.
Never hand your account to someone else
Some "agents" and third-party top-up services ask for your login details so they can deposit for you or "play on your behalf". Handing over your password means handing over your balance, and if something goes wrong Natural8 can do little to get it back. See agents and third-party top-ups for the risks.
